As an Art Manager I am instrumental in executing the vision for Meta's Avatars and the Metaverse. I manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Artists, Art Leads, and Producers, driving both people and project progress.

My role involves building a strong culture, fostering new partnerships, and aligning strategic priorities with executive leadership. By collaborating closely with PMs, Designers, Engineers, and Art Leads, I helped define art pipelines, project scopes, and key features for various initiatives.

In addition to supporting creative vision and project execution, I influence leadership on prioritization, resourcing, and budgeting decisions. I provided strategic insights that demonstrated the value of art to the business, while leading efforts to create a world-class avatar system.
